A. In-store returns and exchanges

  • No returns are accepted for in store purchases.
  • You may always exchange regular priced merchandise within 14 days of invoice
    generated date with tickets intact and merchandise unworn.
  • All lingerie (intimates), swimwear, jewelry, and discounted purchases are final
    and may not be returned or exchanged.

B. Online boutique return & exchange policy

  • You may return regularly priced items purchased online at 1905 W Division
    Chicago IL, 60622. Or by mailing them to the same address within 14 days of the
    ship date. Please note: our Return & Exchange Policy only applies to online
    purchases made at www.sorellechicago.com, and this same policy is not
    available in stores. Unfortunately, items purchased at our stores may not be
    returned with the online Policy. Sale items or items purchased with a promotion
    online or in store are not available for refund or exchange

C. Mail-in returns

  1. For a Store Credit:

    • Fill out the return portion of your sales receipt indicating that you would like a
      store credit. Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and tags,
      then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. A store
      credit will be issued and sent to your billing address within 14 business days
      upon receipt.
  2. For exchanges:

    • Check the “exchange” box on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would
      like to receive in the space provided. Then, include the invoice along with your
      tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail.
      We’ll send in-stock items to you right away. If there is a difference in price
      between the new items purchased and the items returned we will charge your
      credit card, or issue a refund accordingly. Your credit card will also be charged
      for the additional shipping fees.
  3. For Refunds:

    • Complete the “return” box on your original invoice, including the reason for the
      return. Include the invoice along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship
      it to the address below via insured mail. The purchase will be refunded back to
      the original card the purchase was made from within 14 business days upon
      receipt.
  4. Please note this info for your returns and exchanges:

    • All returned merchandise must be accompanied with original invoice.
    • All returned merchandise must have the tags in place.
    • You may return something purchased online at the 1905 W Division Street,
      Chicago Il 60622.
    • We will not accept exchanges or refunds on merchandise that has been worn or
      washed.
    • We do not except exchanges or refunds on gift cards.

  6. Please send all merchandise via insured mail to the address below:

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on
      merchandise they are returning or exchanging.
    • However, if you receive merchandise from Sorelle that is incorrect or damaged
      upon arrival, we will happily refund the return shipping cost to your credit card.
      Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your returned
      merchandise in order to be reimbursed.

D. Shipping information

  • Currently Sorelle ships only within the United States. We are sorry but we don’t
    ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
  • Overnight and Express orders confirmed before 11:00 am GMT, will be
    processed the same business day. Overnight and Express orders confirmed after
    11:00 am GMT will be processed the following business day. The shipping
    company does not ship out or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or on national
    holidays.
  • All orders placed will be shipped within 3-10 business days from the date
    ordered unless you have requested Express and Overnight shipping.
  • Note: “Overnight” and “Express” orders confirmed before 11:00 am GMT, will be
    processed the same business day. “Overnight” and “Express” orders confirmed
    after 11:00 am GMT will be processed the following business day. Shipping
    companies does not ship out or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or on national
    holidays.

E. Shipping rates

  • Rates are estimated by weight and distance. When we call you to confirm the
    payment information we will have the shipping price estimate.

F. P.O. Box addresses and APO’s

  • Due to manufacturer’s restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box
    addresses or APO’s

G. Return & exchange policy

  • Out of Stock Items: Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and
    exclusive. Sorelle strives to provide our customers with fresh new products,
    therefore; we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out. If an item not find at
    the store then we are out of stock. Please continue to check our website as we
    are continually updating our boutique with great new merchandise you will love.
